KeepGoing! Post-Run Feeling Fine Journal 18

I have been running since I was 10 years old and it has been my saving grace all of my life. On good days and especially on challenging days, running keeps my mind strong and resets my mood to a happy and powerful place.

Whatever your outlet is keep doing it, keep going.  It is one constant that will feel like home to your body, soul and mind!  Happy endorphin releasing and I am sending you, the reader of this little blog, much love.
